Commission Prices by Jackoburra Commission Prices by Jackoburra
I had more fun making this than I probably should have XD; Also you can download a larger version of it because ... why not? -n-

Howdy peeps!

After recieving studio job offers here, project pitches there, and freelance commissions elsewhere, I thought it was about time to post something up for peeps to refer to. Granted, these are just prices for personal pieces; if you'd like art for commercial/professional purposes, or art on a more complicated level such as the Peach Sisters piece, then commissions will be charged at a different rate. If you'd like to see larger versions of the preview images here, most of them are in my gallery :>

I think all the information that needs to be said is already up there ^^^ so just take your time reading, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask :>

As for Paypal, I'm only accepting payments via that method because I'm just not sure how payments can be made overseas XD;  If thou art English then sure, feel free to swap bank details, but otherwise until I've figured out how transactions abroad works, Paypal is the way to go :> Maybe the answer is glaringly simple and I've not noticed XD; I'm a pretty busy person.

If you're interested in commissioning me, send a note over and we can sort things out. For those whose interests lie elsewhere, I hope at least you found some enjoyment from even just reading through this :> It was a lot of fun to create and lay out XD I don't get to do this enough and it's always a treat to try out new forms of art XD

Anyways hope you all are having a nice day :>

Wow! Great layout. All the info is super clear listed in appropriate places. I love the edges of each section and the Manga Jiman Gang hanging over the frame at the end. ^u^ Well done.

These are really good prices considering the quality of your art.  Your style is definitely one of my favorites.  One thing you may want to add is specifying the print sizes available or resolution of the pieces.  I noticed it'll be 300 DPI, which is awesome but the canvas size would still make a difference, right?  I could be way off, so I apologize if I'm mistaken.  I was just thinking, some may want to print a full poster from the final while others may just be looking for a cool desktop background.  Hope that makes sense?

Ahhhh yes I see what you mean, and you're absolutely right about the canvas size :>  I tend to work at 600 DPI usually, so when it's sized down to 300 DPI, the canvas is a pretty decent size, but with commissions and particularly special images, I am aware of my canvas size, tend to work at much higher resolutions, and take care in making the image large and printable. So I don't think there would be much cause for concern :> I didn't really consider the idea that peeps might want to print a poster of my art, but thanks for bringing it up :> I'll definitely keep it in mind and make sure that the image's full size can accommodate for many purposes :>  Is this something you think I'd still have to clarify in the price sheet?

I don't think it needs clarification in the price sheet.  You could just bring up the topic when discussing the art piece with the purchaser.  A simple question along the lines of, "What will you use the image for?  Desktop BG, poster (size?), or just adding it to your digital collection?"  For me, I like to hang cool original works of art in my theater room/game room.  I've got a few webcomics that I've framed and different posters from video games and such.  So my first thought was, "I wonder how big I can make the image before quality becomes a concern?"  I've been addicted to Monster Hunter 4U lately and was thinking that I needed to add some MH4U art to my room :)

Within Europe basic bank transfers should be manageable at least: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Single_E…

For international transfers you usually need an IBAN (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBAN) and a BIC (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9362). The UK is a part of the system, but I have no idea how the translation between Euro and Pound work. :shrug:

Thanks XD It was a lot of fun to work on XD Originally I was just going to make some simple cards with an example image on and prices, but then I suddenly remembered how badly I wanted to incorporate stamps into my stuff (I had made lots of stamps for an older project and it was the coolest thing ever), so I ended up making stamps of each commission, and then ... well it just went on from there XD And also the fact that the colour scheme felt so chocolatey made me want to keep going XD

I'm so glad you like it :D I was worried that I was having so much fun that I kinda went overboard with the whole concept XD; I tend to get carried away when I'm enjoying something XD;

Nah I think it's great! It's not overwhelming or anything and it's pleasant to look at and a break from the usual commissions layout.
